Refunds & Returns

Unfortunately, all artworks/products are non-refundable as they are made-to-order.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but can offer a credit note towards another piece.

If you have any questions about an artwork, or would like to see more images of it, please send us an email and we will do our best to accomodate.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

We do not take responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. However, your artwork is protected by insurance through the courier, and if damage or loss occurs we will file a claim on your behalf. Once the claim has been processed and approved by the courier we can arrange a refund or a new artwork to be sent.
