REFUNDS & RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we’re happy to provide a store credit (valid for 12 months) so you can find the perfect fit for your body. Items must be returned within 7 days for store credit.

All items are to be returned in their original condition. Your item/s must have all tags attached with no visible signs of damage or wear; pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odour. Item/s must be returned in the original packaging provided.

MADE TO ORDER:

Unfortunately, all Pre Orders are non-refundable as they are made-to-order. Please reach out to our friendly team for any questions regarding fit and sizing. We are happy to help you confidently make your purchase. 

Shipping:

All Ready-to-Wear collections are available to ship immediately. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our studio.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
