Our beautiful Yarilla collection as seen on the runway at Australian Fashion Week is available to buy on our website. This collection, inspired by the Gumbaynggirr word “yarilla”, meaning “to light up and illuminate,” which highlights the beauty of our Gumbaynggirr Jagun (homelands) on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
Each piece in this collection is a work of wearable art, telling the stories of our ancestors and tells the story of the creation of our waterways, mountains and seas. The designs speak about our matriarchal culture, celebrating the strength and resilience of the women in our family.

More than just a dress; its platform for storytelling, deeply personal and meaningful. Hand-painted on cotton calico, a special feature of the dress is the depiction of our  traditional birthing caves.

It is on display at the former David Jones Art Gallery in their Elizabeth Street store in Sydney until 25 August 2024.
